Refund policy

At Odhani by SRN, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and value your shopping experience with us. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Only items with clear manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Any issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video, taken at the time of opening the parcel, is required for your claim to be considered.

How to Return

  • If your return request is approved by our team, the product must be sent to our studio in Losal, Rajasthan.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, an exchange or store credit will be processed.

Return Conditions

  • We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or don’t like the product.
  • Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display will not qualify for returns.
  • Our Bandhani and Gotapatti products are crafted by hand, so slight variations or irregularities such as thread pulls or dye marks are part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.

 

Important Points to Note

  • Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Shipping Damage: We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us immediately.
  • Return Timeline: Any return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Product Condition: Returned products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items without tags or used products will not be accepted.
  • Customized Items: Products that have been customized, altered (e.g., fall-pico, size modifications) or purchased during sales/discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges can only be made for products of equal value to the original order.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, a gift card/store credit will be issued for future use.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable and are not included in the exchange value.
