Processing & Dispatch Time
Since most of our pieces are handcrafted, dispatch timelines may vary slightly.
Generally, we aim to ship your order within:
- 3–5 working days for domestic orders (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
- 7–10 working days for international orders (unless specified differently)
Please refer to individual product descriptions for any specific shipping details. Occasional delays may occur during festive seasons or unforeseen situations like health-related restrictions.
Delivery Partners
To ensure reliable and timely deliveries, we partner with leading courier services:
- Within India: India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and more.
- Internationally: We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS based on availability.
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight. While many of our items qualify for free shipping, some may carry shipping fees depending on their size and weight.
Expedited Delivery
- Orders weighing more than 5 kg are shipped via surface transport, while lighter packages are sent via air services.
- Delivery usually occurs within 7–10 working days post dispatch.
- Shipments are trackable for your convenience.

Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Kindly provide a complete address, including PIN code and a valid contact number to avoid delays.
Holiday Deliveries & Potential Delays
During holiday seasons, please expect possible delays due to increased shipping volumes and courier limitations. In rare cases, carriers may issue exceptions due to natural conditions or incorrect address inputs.
We are not liable for such third-party delivery delays. For the latest updates, tracking details shared via email will provide clarity on your shipment status.
Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed:
- Dispatch generally happens within 3–5 business days.
- Orders requesting expedited delivery are processed on priority.
- Orders placed before 12 PM (IST) are more likely to be processed the same day.
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming the order to prevent unnecessary delays. For deliveries to addresses different from the billing address, kindly provide the alternate address at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Canceled Orders
- If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please document it with the courier immediately and contact us.
- Once an item is accepted by you or your representative, it is considered as successfully delivered.
- Odhani by SRN is not liable for any transit-related damages or delays caused by courier services.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
Returns, Cancellations & Gift Cards
- If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered, we will issue a store credit (gift card) equal to the full order value, including shipping.
- For partial cancellations, gift cards will be issued for the respective amount.
- In case you choose to return a product, a gift card for the value of the returned item will be issued.
- Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds.
